Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Free Shipping in Canada when order is over $49.99 CAD
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• We currently only ship to Canada. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final. 
• Store credit may be issued if product is damaged upon arrival. Please contact us via email and attach pictures of the damaged item for verification.
